Refund policy

Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following terms and conditions.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Our products are classed as perishable goods, because of this, we cannot accept returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 


Exchanges

We will be able to exchange the defective item if you contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please do not return the defective item as it will be unsalable to us, due to food health and safety reasons.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your enquiry about a unsatisfactory item, then depending on the reasoning for the issue you have with the item, you will then be refunded on your original payment method. We will only accept full refunds if you contact us within 48 hours.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
